Limited Partnership: The presence of three partners and approved capital of 40 to 45 thousand dollars will enable you to freely open this form of company or business. In any business, one fact is important: a foreigner can own no more than 49% of the authorized capital and 51% from an Egyptian partner.

Find a Reliable Business Partner and Lawyer

The choice of a partner should be taken very responsibly. He needs to be trusted like himself. Otherwise, there is a significant risks of being left without advantages, profits, and the business itself.

The presence of a lawyer is optional but highly recommended because even the Egyptians use their services. Ordinary citizens will have to spend much time dealing with documents, standing in lines for more than one day, and filling out various forms.
